Kentucky's Governor and Louisville Mayor visit Local 2112 (IMA)

Joann Richardson, President of Local 2112, was host to Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear and Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer. Along with the Kentucky Automobile Association, the Governor and the Mayor visited IMA to celebrate the work and success of our members. IMA manufactures all the seats for the Kentucky made Corvette. In addition, our brothers and sisters have begun making seats for various models of Merceded Benz. Mayor Fischer acknowledge the profesionalism of the union workforce at IMA, noting that the success of IMA has a lot to do with having a union workforce.
