YOUR RIGHTS ARE PROTECTED

You have the right under Federal Law to: form, join and assist your Union;

To bargain collectively through your Union and act together with your co-workers for mutual aid and protection;

To talk openly with your co-workers about your Union, discuss wages and benefits, wear Union buttons and tee shirts;

To hand out Union information and solicit Authorization Cards during non-work times, in non-work areas - on or off the Employer's property.

Your Employer can not: threaten your job, wages or benefits.

Your rights are covered under the Section 7 of the National Labor Relations Act, which is enforced by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

CMRJB members and staff will be delivering training and support in order to defeat the anti-working class agenda that is coming from Washington. We will knock on doors and march hand in hand with other Union members to make sure our families get a better future.
